Welcome to Cabo Golf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Golf Package Terms
Package Inclusions
The $89 Golf Package includes:
- 90-minute resort tour and presentation (mandatory)
- Round of golf at our Greg Norman designed course
- Private transportation to and from your hotel
- Complimentary breakfast at our resort restaurant
- Access to practice facilities before your round
- Golf cart with GPS
Presentation Requirement
Attendance at the 90-minute resort tour and presentation is mandatory to receive the promotional golf package pricing. Failure to attend will result in standard golf rates being applied.
Booking and Cancellation
Booking Requirements
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Valid identification required at check-in
- Guests must be 21 years or older
- Subject to availability
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in full package charges.
Golf Course Rules
- Proper golf attire required (collared shirts, golf shoes or athletic shoes)
- No denim, tank tops, or flip-flops permitted
- Golf carts must stay on designated paths
- Pace of play guidelines must be followed
- Alcohol consumption limited to designated areas
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Golf is an inherently risky activity. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with golf activities, including but not limited to:
- Injury from golf balls, clubs, or equipment
- Slips, falls, or other accidents on the course
- Weather-related risks
- Golf cart accidents
Cabo Golf is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit.
Weather Policy
Golf activities may be suspended or cancelled due to inclement weather for safety reasons. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your round or provide appropriate compensation.
Photography and Marketing
By visiting our golf courses, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing and promotional purposes. These images may be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for extra services
- Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion
- Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Cabo Golf and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
